| Triple pleasure at this Sisters in Crime-Los Angeles chapter
meeting: catching up with Libby Fischer Hellman, meeting her publisher,
Bleak House's Ben LeRoy, and (natch!) sharing the program with them.
Libby and Ben did a terrific double-act talking about the realities of
today's publishing world, as well as about her new book, while I took
the podium to read an excerpt from IN THE KEY OF DEATH, newly-anointed a
bestseller by the Los Angeles Times. |
