You will write features, manage the listings, stay on top of the latest (and up-and-coming) trends in the city and go out to experience Boston’s nightlife. You will attend openings, promotional events and other locales where the trendsetters gather. People in the industry will actually know your name and want to hang out with you.

We want someone with a least one year of professional writing or editorial experience, someone who knows the city well, and, especially, someone who is already living the life we will ask you to cover.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES (BOSTON/PORTSMOUTH/NASHUA MARKETS)

We are looking for seasoned sales professionals who are enthusiastic about the FNX radio network, if you think you have the right stuff, let us know! We require a minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience, media sales a plus. Ability to generate new business a must.

PROMOTIONS MANAGER We are seeking someone to handle a whole list of promotions for our radio network.

Here’s what we ask you to do:

+ Oversee various station campaigns such as Campus Invasion, Summer Beach Patrol and the Ski Program

+ Review proposals from concert promoters and promotional marketing companies

+ Work between Sales Department and Marketing Director to execute on-air promotions

+ Create the copy and schedule all on-air announcements

+ Manage the FNX Street Team and oversee all street marketing campaigns

+ Work with the Marketing Director and Program Director with all on air and off the air marketing campaigns

Requirements:

+ 3+ years in a promotions manager role in a major market

+ Ability to work the wacky hours needed of a promotions manager (including weekends) and travel around various New England locations
